Maintenance

All public area thermostats are set and regulated to mirror one another following the same guidelines as the guest rooms.

All exterior lighting is set on a photocell and is adjusted seasonally.

AC filters are replaced monthly and marked as they are installed for tracking.

All energy efficient equipment is checked and any issues are corrected on a quarterly or monthly basis.

All large appliances and batteries are recycled upon replacement.

Steam bath and sauna have a timer’s so they shut off after guest use.

All air intake and supply grills remain unobstructed to maximize energy usage.

All associates on hand are making sure that the lights are off and the thermostats are set low when the meeting rooms are not in use.

Currently we are in the process of purchasing energy efficient water heaters. This will reduce the amount of gas consumed by as much as 25%.
